Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
There are 9 doubler cells to be located in the grid, one in every row, column and box, and each containing a different digit. The value of a doubler cell equals its digit multiplied by 2. The value of any other cell equals its digit, as usual.
Values do not repeat on a beige hitline (though digits might.) The VALUE of a circled cell indicates how may cells along its line have VALUES that match their position number along the line, starting from the square end (which is position 1.)
Eg: If a line has the values 1 3 16 4 5 (in that order,) then the 3 would be circled, because three cells have values that match their position number; 1 is in the 1st position, 4 is in the 4th position, and 5 is in the 5th position.
THE HIT LIST:
Puzzle 1: Hitlines
Puzzle 2: Hit Count
Puzzle 3: Dutch Flat Mates: Hitlines
Puzzle 4: Pick-up Sticks: Beige
Puzzle 5: Rank Up: Hitlines
Puzzle 6: Six Hit Wonder
Puzzle 7: HIT + MIX
Puzzle 8: Build Your Own Hitlines
Puzzle 9: Big Hits
Lösungscode: VALUES in column 8 reading downwards

Beautiful combination of existing rules!
I got the break-in almost immediately – a typical Marty one – but I did get stuck for a bit in the endgame. (Thanks for the hint, @Dogfood!)
2 stars for me for most of the puzzle, but given the endgame I gave it 3 after all.
Very nice!

Wonderful, such a neat combination of rule sets. Didn’t find it too bad for a 3*, but that’s primarily down to having watched and tried a few Hit Lines puzzles via CTC, and to the ingenuity of the setter obvs. Thank you Marty!

Fun one! I got lost once or twice, but just because counting is hard...

Simply gorgeous! Knew I had to solve it even when I am sick.
P.S. There may be a small little typo in the instructions in Sudokupad with the word "in".
