Lösungscode: Row 5 followed by Column 7

small questions to help me understand the rule:
Q1:in range "12345" ,when I count the X from 5 to 1, it could be 4 because 1 needs to take four steps to get to 5, and it could also be 3 because there are three cells between 1 and 5. Which is the correct one?
Q2:For the 8-length loop in your puzzle, two cells in it may have two different distances, am I supposed to choose the smaller one as X? or the two distances are both appropriate and have to be determined by the solver?

It looks like Q1 is about Remote Sums, not sure what you mean by "range".
If the cage total is 6, a digit 5 in the cage would require a 1 on its line, 5 cells away. 4 would require a 2 on its line that is 4 cells away, etc.
Q2 for the loop, the cage can point either direction (to be determined by the solver) and then use the same process as above.

Hello XeonRisq!
I'm glad to see you back! I hope you are doing well. Not much has changed. This puzzle is as brilliant as your others. Thank you:)

Good to hear from you Elliott, glad to see you are still around, I made sure to include Remote Sums as per one of your previous comments. (plus I just like to set with them) Appreciate the kind remarks and the solve/feedback as always..
