Classic: Standard 4×4 Sudoku rules apply in the main 4×4 grid. Fill every row, column, and 2×2 box with the digits 1–4 exactly once.
Renban Lines: Digits on each pink line form a set of consecutive digits, in any order, with no repeats.
Numbered Rooms: The four cells outside the grid are numbered rooms clues. Each corresponds to the row of the grid adjacent to it. A digit outside the grid must appear in the grid in the Nth position along its row (counting from the cell adjacent to the external clue), where N is the digit in the grid cell adjacent to that clue.
For example, if r2c4 = 3, then the external clue to the right of row 2 indicates that its digit appears in r2c2, since r2c2 is the third position when counting from r2c4. Similarly, if r4c1 = 2, then the external clue to the left of row 4 appears in r4c2, since that is the second position when counting from r4c1.
This is my first attempt at constructing a Sudoku puzzle, so I'm sure there will be kinks to work out; sorry in advance for any mistakes!
Lösungscode: The solution code is the second and third rows, with no spaces, and including the numbered room clues (so 11 digits in total).
