- Normal 9x9 sudoku rules apply.
- REGION SUM LINES: Box borders divide blue lines into segments with the same sum.
- KILLER: Digits cannot repeat within cages.
- HARMONY: If a blue line segment (as defined above) shares a cell with a cage, then the sums of digits in the cage and on the segment are equal.

based on commutativity of addition ... A+B = B+A.
then you need to apply A+B = C multiple times

If you see the break-in right away, maybe a 1.5. And yet, I managed to get candidates wrong all the way through. Very solid puzzle.
