Kropki Dots: Digits separated by a black dot have a 2:1 ratio. Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. All dots are given. (To clarify, if two digits are both consecutive and in a 2:1 ratio, they would need to be separated by both a black and a white dot.)

@superkinkel 12:51 here. To answer your question sub 6 minute solvers don't fill in a lot of candidates into cells. They just "see" it.
