Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Whispers: Adjacent digits on a green line differ by 5 or more.

Skyscrapers: Digits in the 9x9 grid represent the heights of skyscrapers. Numbers in the topmost row and leftmost column outside the main grid indicate the number of skyscrapers visible in that row/column from that direction.

Numbered Rooms: The other outside row and column indicate the digit which has to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.
