Fish Out of Foggy Water, by pmays123

• Normal 9x9 sudoku rules apply.
• FOG: Placing a correct digit in the fog will clear the fog from that cell and possibly other cells. No guessing is needed!!!
• LOOP: Draw a line in the grid such that:
  1. The line only travels orthogonally from cell to cell, never branches or crosses itself, and ends where it started, forming a loop.
  2. All diamonds are on the loop.
  3. The loop never enters a cell containing a fish.
• REGION SUM LINE: Box borders divide the loop into segments, and all segments have the same sum. The digit on a diamond is the length of the segment containing that diamond (not all segments necessarily contain a diamond).
• FISH: There are two fish in the puzzle, each occupying the same number and shape of cells (the shape may be rotated and/or reflected). The same set of digits appears on each fish but in different relative positions (for example, if a 5 appears on one fish's head then a 5 must appear on the other fish not on its head).
