Odds v. Evens

The Rules:
- [Sudoku]: Normal sudoku rules apply: fill every row, column, and 3x3 box with the digits from 1 to 9 once each.
- [Odds v. Evens]: In each circled pair of cells, one number indicates how many even digits and one number indicates how many odd digits are in the cells surrounding the pair.
- Ex: if R3C7 is a 4 and R3C8 is a 6, then either there are four odd cells and six even cells in R2C6, R2C7, R2C8, R2C9, R3C6, R3C9, R4C6, R4C7, R4C8, R4C9 or vice versa. Which is which needs to be determined.

I found this puzzle somewhat astonishing in the setting. Somehow you managed to create a rather intricate series of deductive steps from start to finish - not at all obvious to me how you created this. It would be really interesting to see that process.

in first view i thought it's hard sudoku. but it turns out it's very smooth and fun one. cool clear design without additional elements like kropki dots. i so liked it ♥️
