This puzzle was set as a gift to AkashG23 as part of the Secret Santa gift exchange of 2025. Knowing Akash’s affinity for Look-Air, my assignment was clear!

Rules:

• Normal sudoku rules apply.

• Look-Air: Shade some cells such that all connected areas of shaded cells form a square. Two shaded areas of the same size may not "see" each other through unshaded cells, but shaded areas of different sizes block vision.

• Digits may not repeat in a shaded area.

• The digit in a cell with a circle indicates how many of the five cells forming a cross around the clue (including itself) are shaded. The cell with the circle may or may not be shaded.

• Small clues in corners, if given, indicate the sum of shaded cells in the cross-shaped area surrounding the clue cell.
