Normal sudoku rules apply. In addition, no cell may be double the value of any orthogonally adjacent cell. ​

The central 5x9 area of the grid depicts a floorplan of a house, with openings between cells representing doorways between rooms. There is one way that this house can be traversed visiting each room only once, starting from the cell marked "E" (the house's Entrance Hall) and ending in the cell marked "A" (the Antechamber).

​You start in the Entrance Hall with 50 footsteps. Every time you enter a purple room, you gain 10 steps, and every time you enter a red room, your total number of steps is halved. Every time you enter any other type of room, you lose 1 step. Your step count is always a whole number and may not fall to zero at any time during the walk through the house. ​

The path travelled through the house forms a region sum line. Region sum lines are divided by the sudoku box borders into sections which each have the same sum. ​

Digits in two adjacent green rooms sum to 10. A digit in a purple room is smaller than any of the digits in orthogonally adjacent cells. ​

Two rooms of the same colour may not contain the same digit.
