Four Slow Thermos

Normal Chaos Construction rules apply:
- Divide the grid into nine regions of nine orthogonally connected cells, and fill every cell with a digit from 1-9 so there aren't repeats in a row, column, or region.
Slow Thermometers:
- Along a gray line, digits must not decrease moving away from the bulb end.
- Additionally, two cells connected orthogonally by a thermometer line must be in the same region. Diagonal connections have no additional restriction.

Fine approachable puzzle - looks more complicated than it is. Seems to me like a really good introduction to region building ideas - like regions needing to reach specific digits and irregular Sudoku patterns. Had a nice flow with plenty to think about, but no really hard steps. A really cool puzzle which I hope will help some newer solvers to learn new tricks.

Fantastic puzzle! Always love an approachable chaos construction, especially one like this where it's not too hard but you still have to think about the regions, which is always hard to balance. Great job!
