Normal sudoku rules apply.
Divisibility Purple lines: Box borders divide the lines into segments. Every segment has exactly one digit that divides the individual sums of all the other segments on the line, and the rest of the digits on a segment do not divide any other segment sum. The digit 1 is not allowed on any line.
Example: The line 3-357-2349 is valid because the first segment has exactly one digit that divides the sums of the other segments (3|15 and 3|18), the second segment has exactly one digit that divides the sum of the other segments (3|3 and 3|18) and the other digits do not divide the sums, and the same applies for the third.
Kropki dots: A white dot separates consecutive digits. A black dot separates digits where one is double the other. Not all dots are given.
Inequality signs: An inequality sign points to the smaller digit.
Lösungscode: Row 4, left to right

Cool fresh logic. Very pleased you managed to fix the puzzle to show what the novel rule can do.
