Chaos Around Order

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits must not repeat along either the positive or the negative diagonal.
Any two cells separated by a king's move (in chess) cannot contain the same digit.
Between lines: digits along a between line must be between the digits on the circled ends of the line.
German whispers: adjacent digits on a green line must differ by at least 5.
XV: digits separated by an X must sum to 10.
Kropki: digits separated by a white dot are consecutive; digits separated by a black dot are in an 1:2 ratio (i.e. one digit is double the other).
Renban: purple lines must contain a set of consecutive digits in any order.
