Crazy Chaos Construction!

Normal sudoku rules do NOT apply. Put the Digits 1 - 5 in every row and column TWICE each. While doing so build 20 regions each containing the digits 1 - 5 once each.
V sums: V's connect 2 cells where the digits sum to 5.
Black Kropki: Digits separated by a black dot indicate one digit is double the other. ALL possible dots HAVE been given.
Killer Cages: Digits in killer cages sum to the number in the top-left corner. Digits CAN repeat within a cage.
Little Killers: A clue outside the grid gives the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal.
Chaos construction: The grid must be divided into exactly 20 orthogonally connected regions so that every region contains digits from 1 - 5 once each.
Region outlines: Some region outlines are already shown (the black lines) and NONE of the given outlines cut into regions, they are STRICTLY the region borders.

Lösungscode: Enter the digits from row 8 (from left to right). (remember the grid is 10x10 not 9x9). When entering the code include a "-" when crossing a region border. E.g solution code: 12-345-1-234-5.

Tough, but ultimately satisfying! I didn't fully understand the "NONE of the given outlines cut into regions" and its broader implication at first, and lost a lot of time. Everything locked in after that (slowly). Thanks for this great puzzle!
