Normal Sudoku rules apply:

• Fill each row, column, and box with the digits 1-9 without repeats.

• Place 9 Copycat cells in the grid, one in each row, column, and box.
• Every Copycat cell contains a different digit.
• The value of a Copycat cell is the digit in the cell rotationally opposite itself in the grid (180° rotation about the center of the grid).
• The value of every other cell is its digit.

• Color every cell one of two colors, representing dry and wet.
• All wet cells are orthogonally connected, and no 2x2 is entirely wet.
• Orthogonally connected groups of dry cells form islands.
• Digits do not repeat on islands.
• Circles, yarn, and Copycat cells are always dry.
• Every island contains at least one circle.
• The value in a circle equals the number of cells in its island.
