Region Sum Line: Hollow blue lines are divided by 3x3 box borders into segments with sums of equal value.
Black Kropki: Cells separated by a black dot have one digit double the other.
White Kropki: Cells separated by a white dot have consecutive digits.

This puzzle has a lovely flow to it, and some great 'aha!' moments as you narrow down the placements - I really enjoyed it :)
