This puzzle was set for Bowlercaptain's slot of the Sudoku Twitch Train on the weekend of May 2nd, which explains its place outside my usual posting schedule.

Hemisudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 once in each row and column. Three boxes contain the same three digits three times each. The rest of the boxes contain any number of digits.

Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle.
