Pressure Points

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits separated by a white dot must be consecutive. Digits separated by a black dot must be in a 2:1 ratio. Digits within a cage must sum to the given total. No pair of adjacent digits in the puzzle can sum to any multiple of 4.
