Numbered Rooms Example
If you are new to numbered rooms they can look a bit intimidating. This image should clarify how they work. The 3 in R1C1 is saying to place 7 in the 3rd position, i.e. R1C3. The 6 in R1C9 is saying to place the 9 in the 6th position, i.e. R1C4. The 2 in R1C5 is saying to place 8 in the 2nd position, i.e. R2C5.
