Counting Whispers

This is the second puzzle in my new series which combines different types of lines with counting circles. I think that it's even easier that the previous one, Counting Renbans.
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Two cells connected by a green German whisper line must have a difference of at least 5.
- A green circle indicates exactly how many circles contain that digit. For example, if there is a 4 in any circle, then exactly 4 circles contain a 4.
