Solid Whispers

This one is not an April Fools puzzle, and the rules are completely normal this time, unlike my previous puzzle Hollow Whispers (April Fools).
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Thin (magenta) lines are renban lines.
On each renban line the digits form a set of consecutive digits in any order.
Thick solid (green) lines are german whisper lines and any digits which sit adjacent along a german whisper line differ by at least 5.
Hollow (blue) lines are region sum lines.
Box borders split region sum lines into segments.
On region sum lines, each segment of the same line sums to the same total.

Very nicely flowing, not overly difficult logic, but took some time to figure out -> based on time 3 stars for me. Thanks for sharing
