Logic Masters Deutschland e.V.

This puzzle is definitely rather harder than my previous puzzle Glyphs, which introduces the logic, and also Odd socks. Those two puzzles use German Whispers. Here I have migrated to XV clues - having noted that the X clues are consonant with the logic. I have also used a V clue rather than a black dot. The previous puzzles are definitely quite easy for people who know the basic logic. I have built in - I hope - a variety of deductions to this one. I have set it initially at 3/5: though it can still be done quite quickly, I think there will be pause for thought.

The additional challenge I will set is to resolve the V clue as early as possible in the solve.

On a pink Renban line the digits form a consecutive set with no repeats.
