Copycat Burgh-lars (Collab with ChinStrap, Calvinball, Sotehr, and MathGuy_12)

This weekend I had the pleasure of meeting several other setters in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, and in between completing escape rooms to steal some very large gemstones, we set this puzzle! We wanted to create something that combined our strengths, styles, and favorite constraints, so Calvinball added Tentropy Lines, ChinStrap had the idea to bring those Tentropy Lines outside of the grid, Sotehr turned those outside clues into Periodic Sums, I added Copycat Cells to create even more mischief, and MathGuy_12 brought it all together with mathematical expertise!
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply in the 9x9 grid.
- Periodic Pill Sums: A two digit pill clue outside the grid gives the sum of the first value seen in the row or column and the value of every Nth cell after where N is the value in the first cell seen. Pills are read top to bottom or left to right, using leading 0s for numbers less than 10.
- Tentropy Lines: Every set of 4 adjacent values on a peach line must contain a value from each of the X-pair (ten-pair) subsets of {1,9}, {2,8}, {3,7}, and {4,6}. A value of 0 or 5 cannot exist on a line. For lines less than length 4, all values must be from different subsets.
- Copycat Cells: Place 9 Copycat Cells into the grid so that there is exactly one Copycat Cell in each row, column, and 3x3 box. Each Copycat Cell must contain a different digit. The value of a Copycat Cell is the digit in the cell rotationally opposite itself in the grid (180° rotation about the center of the grid). For example, if r2c3 is a Copycat Cell containing the digit 5, and r8c7 contains the digit 9, the value of r2c3 is the digit in r8c7, which is 9.
Example of a valid Periodic Sum for row 4, which includes a Copycat Cell in r4c7 copying the value 9 from r6c3:
