I was just messing around in the custom constraint editor and this had a valid solution. Unfortunately, this is beyond my skill level to solve, but I spent enough time on it that I am going to release it nonetheless
Normal sudoku rules apply (1-9 in every row, column, box without repeats)
Chinese Whispers: Digits connected by the red line have a difference of at most 2
Zipper Lines: Pairs of digits on the purple lines equidistant from the center have the same sum. If a digit is on the center dot, the digit is that sum.
Ten Lines: Each thin, sickly green line consists of one or more non-overlapping segments, each of which consists of digits summing to 10
Red "Kropki" dots: Digits separated by a red "Kropki" dot are coprime. That is, they have a greatest common factor of 1. Not all dots are given

Definitely more than 3*. None of these clue types give you much to work with. Maybe someday my skills will be up to something like this…
