Hello.

This really shouldn't work as well as it does. Combining two already very forcing ideas led to a surprisingly clean result.
It seems strange to call a puzzle with only 4 kropki dots "easy", but I actually think 2 stars is the correct rating.

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Each box has a King represented by the digit that matches its box number. The digits needed to complete an entropic set and a modular set are rooks.

Entropic sets are low (123), mid (456), high (789).
Modular sets are 1 mod 3 (147), 2 mod 3 (258), 0 mod 3 (369).

(In box 1, the digit 1 is the King, and 2, 3, 4, and 7 are rooks, because 2 and 3 complete the entropic set, and 4 and 7 complete the modular set.)

No King may be in check by a rook within the same box (i.e., in box 1, the digits 2, 3, 4, and 7 cannot be in the same row or column as the digit 1).

Additionally, cells with the same relative box positions must come from the same modular set. For example, if the first cell of box 1 contains a 5, every first cell of each box must contain digits from 2, 5, or 8.

Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Digits separated by a black dot have a 2:1 ratio.
