The central part of this puzzle occurred to me pretty quickly - the trouble was tying it all together. I hope you like the result!

Rules:

- Normal sudoku rules apply.

- Lockout Lines - digits along a lockout line must not be between or equal to the two end digits shown in blue diamonds. The two diamonds on a lockout line must differ by at least 4.

- Ratio Kropki - digits separated by a black Kropki dot have a ratio of 2:1. No negative constraint.

- German Whispers - neighboring digits along a green German Whisper must differ in value by at least 5.

- Renban - the digits along a hollow purple Renban line form a consecutive set in some order.

- Parity - neighboring digits along a hollow red parity line alternate between being even and odd.
