Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Each outside clue is simultaneously X-sum, sandwich, and full rank, which must all be the same number.
X-sum: clues indicate the sum of the first X digits, where X is the first seen digit.
Sandwich: clues indicate the sum of the digits between the 1 and the 9 in that row/column.
Full rank: considering all rows and columns as 9-digit numbers read from the direction of the clue and ranked from lowest (1) to highest (36), a clue represents where in the ranking that row/column lies.

Does the greater than or less than clue have to be same? For example does >12 mean xsum can be 15 rank could be 25? Both are >12. Or all values have to be same.
