Normal sudoku rules apply, and all clues are standard.
Digits cannot repeat within the cage.
The sum of the digits along an arrow is equal to the digit in the connected circle.
Purple lines contain a non-repeating set of consecutive digits in any order.
Digits in cells with a shaded square are even.

I'm setting the initial difficulty at 3* based on feedback from testers, but my own assessment was closer to 4*, for whatever that's worth.

Just a gorgeous puzzle. Thank you! It had the strange (and pleasing!) property of making me feel clever as I solved it. It felt hard but actually I managed to solve it in 32 minutes, which is (for me) quite fast for a 3* puzzle.

For me a 3* solve time and 3* logic. I spent too much time trying to do something more clever than required.

I am not sure about the difficulty of this puzzle. I found one step tricky, but the rest of the puzzle was fairly straightforward.
