Swirling Swiss on Rye

I've had this idea of constraint combinations sitting as a draft for some time, finally fleshed it out to make a full puzzle. Enjoy!
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the number in the attached circle.
Sandwich Sums: Clues outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits between the 1 and the 9 in that row/column.

Nice interactions between arrows and crusts. I made a mess of digits in box 5, so I'd say on the low half of 2 stars for me
