Region Borders divide the Blue Difference Lines into segments. Each segment on the same line has the same value when you take the difference between the largest digit and the sum of all other digits on the segment.
Ex: a segment of 9,4,3 would have a value of 2 since 9-(4+3) = 2
Different lines may have different values..
