Logic Masters Deutschland e.V.

This is a puzzle I've been waffling on releasing for about three weeks. I don't think it will be everyone's cup of tea. It's very scanning intensive, and I worry that it's poorly telegraphed. Still, for the scanning/geometry/coloring fiends, I think it offers a challenging and hopefully interesting solve, so I've decided to publish it along with the above caveats and warnings. Rules:

Irregular Squishdoku: Place the digits 1 through 9 once each in every 9-cell region, without repeats in any row or column. Cells on region borders (dashed lines) are shared between multiple regions.

Arrows: Digits along a blue arrow sum to the digit placed in the attached circle
