I probably lucked in with coloring the right box first; it seemed to flow very easily and I was done in 8m32s according to the app's clock (but was stopping and starting while looking up from phone, to fire off downloads on computer, so probably closer to 6-7mins).
I can definitely see how it could stump though; I had a brainwave relating to the 'strands' almost immediately too (after coloring all the lower boxes and the connected strand cells), which honestly surprised even me (I usually never have moments where it all 'clicks' at all, much less quickly)...to the point that I wasted the bulk of my time just double- and triple-checking it.
At that point it was just quickly removing the colors that were now already showing up in the box/row/column and filling in the numbers.

I reserve "snack" for puzzles I solve before I hit the 10-minute mark - even if they're 9x9. This one wasn't bad at 18 minutes, but not a snack. Nicely constructed.

The trick is figuring out which cell to make the third colour. Took me 30 minutes. Don't if that is a good or slow time. ;)
