A few days ago it was NEWS's birthday and I teamed up with ChinStrap to make this puzzle to celebrate the occasion.
- Normal sudoku rules apply.

Clues outside the grid are Ciphered Skyscraper Sums:
- The letters HPBDAYNEWS stand for different digits from 0 to 9. Each ? symbol can stand for any digit.
- A clue shows the sum of all seen digits of the row/column from the direction of the clue. For that effect, digits block any lower or equal digits from being seen.
- Clues do not have leading zeros.
