Rules:
- Latin Square:
- place digits 1-9 once each into every row and column.
- Full Rank:
- A value in an external cell represents the rank of the number formed by reading the digits in that row or column from that direction, where (1) is the lowest such number and (36) is the highest.
- (The 36 numbers are distinct - no ties).
- Diamonds (and Diamond Fragments):
- Digits in a Diamond or Fragment represent the one's place digit of the Full Rank clues outside the grid in the directions pointed to by the intact portions of the Diamond.
- There are 8 distinct digits among the Diamonds and Diamond Fragments.
- White Dots separate consecutive digits. Not all dots are necessarily given.

@Marcmees
It means that -for example- if R6C6 had a 0 in it, R0C6, R6C0, R6C10 and R10C6 must be from the ranks 10, 20, 30 or 40.

Brilliant puzzle! Thank you:)
@marcmees: a 6 for example can point to the ranks 6, 16, 26 or 36

Q: what do you mean by "the one's place digit of the Full Rank clues outside the grid in the directions pointed to by the intact portions of the Diamond" ? Can you give an example please.
