This is the second of two puzzles I've created with this ruleset.
Rules:
Place the digit 1-9 once each into every row, column, and box.
Each digit N in a big circle counts how many digits in the (up to eight) surrounding cells are at least N. All possible big circles are given.
Digits separated by a small circle are consecutive.
