Rules:
Place the digit 1-9 once each into every row, column, and box.
A digit N in a big circle counts how many digits in the (up to eight) surrounding cells are at greater than or equal to N.
Digits separated by a small circle are consecutive.

Changed the phrasing to be clearer and match my more recent puzzles with this rule

Very nice. I love self-referential counting rules and this one has some very neat steps.
