The Crown of Lucifer

This puzzle was was constructed for Ben in the Secret Satan setting event. This puzzle was going to be part of a pack that Ben would have had to solve before getting to Isaiah's Satan puzzle. Thank you Isaiah for letting me be a part of the process.

I'm very pleased with how this puzzle turned out. Ben was kind enough to let me publish this puzzle.

I would also like to thank Andrew Sarchus for his over sight during the process of the puzzle being set. I learned a new ideas.

Difficulty has ranged from 3 to 5 star, so went with the average. I hope you enjoy. Feel free to leave feedback positive and negative feedback is welcome.

Rules:

1. Place the digits one through nine once each in every row and column.

2. Fill the grid with two colours. Such that both colours make one orthogonally connected region. There is no 2x2 section that is filled with one colour. A dark hole was placed in R5C5 and is not one of the two colours and does not grow in length.

3. Adjacent digits along green lines have a minimum difference of five. All even digits on green lines are the same colour. All odd digits on green lines are the other colour. Cells with no line segment can be either colour.

4. A straight Anti-Parity line split this grid exactly in half. Lucifer came along and said "There is no such thing as crossing the line". Out of rage he pulled the line through the dark hole of the grid. Now it is up to the solver to discover where the line goes, to show that the digits mirrored across the line have opposite parity.

5. Cells separated by a grey dot either contain consecutive digits or digits in a 1:2 ratio. Grey dots lie on the border of the two different colours.

6. Digits in cages do not repeat.

Appropriately rated at 4*. Tricky at points, overall very fair. The yinyang + hidden parity mirror + a bit of the GW lead to a very forcing break-in. The puzzle still took some time after breaking as I was scanning for parities etc. fun puzzle!

Thank you for solving and for the feedback, felt the solver should be rewarded, if they didn't know about the meta of the anti parity line.

I had to begin over and over again to understand the rules and logic right. Brilliant :-)
