My Santee was Awedish.
Among the plethora of information he told me about himself, I was able to use one piece of info about him to create this puzzle. Thank you Awedish for the inspiration.
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Each grey 16-line can be divided into non-overlapping segments whose digits sum to 16. Digits may repeat on lines if allowed by other rules.
Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle. Digits may repeat on arrows if allowed by other rules.
Adjacent digits on a green German Whispers line have a difference of at least 5.

The break in felt great and was very fun. Finding the rest of the 16s and unclued portion was super tricky. Great puzzle thanks!

Very nice puzzle, but a tough one for me, right at the threshold of what I'm capable of solving, but I enjoyed it!
