Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Quadruples: All digits inside a circle must appear in one of the four surrounding cells.
Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.
Kropki dots: Digits separated by a black dot must be in a 1:2 ratio.
Killer Cages: Within a cage, digits don't repeat and they must sum to the small number written in the top left of that cage (if given).
Lösungscode: Digits on Row 9 from left to right.

Great puzzle, smooth flow with clever deductions.
You explain white kropki's in the rules, but none of em in the puzzle. You do not explain arrows, but they do appear in the puzzle.
