Global Entropy: Every 2x2 box must include at least one cell of low, medium, and high value (123, 456, 789).
Arrows: Digits on an arrow sum to the number in the attached circle. Digits may repeat on an arrow.

Wow this took me hours and I used the global entropy to the last minute. Middle-solve was pretty tricky and I enjoyed the entire process!

Amazing! Coloring usually include coloring mistakes. Was 100% sure i made one till the last 2 digits. Relieved now...
