Next installment in the "Colours in he (k)night series, hope you enjoy! :)
Links to the previous parts of the series are given after the rules.
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 once in every row, column and 3x3 box.
Anti-Knight: Cells separated by a knight’s move in chess cannot contain the same digit.
Palindromes: Digits along a grey line must read the same forwards and backwards.
XV: Cells separated by a V sum to 5; cells separated by an X sum to 10. Not all Vs and Xs are necessarily given.
Maximum: A cell marked with triangles pointing outward must contain a digit greater than the digits in all adjacent cells.
Minimum: A cell marked with triangles pointing inward must contain a digit smaller than the digits in all adjacent cells.

I am also one of those who find letters much easier than colors for puzzles like this one. ABCD for low digits, and IHGF for their corresponding high-digit X-domino counterparts. E goes unused, since it is always 5. On top of the letters for this puzzle, I added a simple 3-color shading: green for low digits ABCD, gray for 5, and blue for high digits IHGF. The shading made it easier to see at a glance how the boxes and palindromes were filling up and what was missing. Using these techniques, it was an easy puzzle.

I find using letters instead of colors is easier for me, AB and CD = 5, AE, BF, CG and DH = 10 and I= 5. Eventually, I am able to fill the entire grid using these, then figuring out the actual values using the min/max is pretty straight forward

You have to colour. There is no way around it.

Definitely one of the easier puzzles in the series, I took inder 25 minutes and never felt stuck, but without this being trivial.
If you are new to anti knight and colouring puzzles do give this a go. (I use four colours and the letters A to H to represent the four flavours of X pair, 5 doesn't get a colour or a letter. I find this easier to scan than trying to just use colours.)

there IS a narrow path to success here, starting with a careful study of the long palindrome, and leading to the result r6c4=2. after that, the rest is easy.
but claiming this puzzle is "easy" does not match reality.
incidentally, trying to fully colour the grid is counterproductive.

Pretty easy, but I think you have to be careful where you start—I had some crazy coloring for a while

Lovely! But one of the easiest in the series for me, I’d say 1 star difficulty.
