Rules:
Sudoku: Normal sudoku rules apply.
Ranking: Digits in each cage sum to a unique total. The leftmost digit of a cage indicates its rank when the cage totals are ranked from the highest to the lowest.
Antiknight: Identical digits cannot appear a chess knight's move apart.
