This was a lot of fun! It reminds me of that one constraint that has "small white dot means one diagonal pair of adjacent, big white circle means both diagonals are adjacent"
But yeah, definitely prefer the dots.

Very artistic. I voted for version with the dots. Oliver asks for more diagonal constraints puzzles.
