Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Draw a one-cell-wide loop of orthogonally connected cells. The loop may not touch itself, not even diagonally. Color cells which are on the loop red, cells which are contained inside the loop green, and cells which are outside the loop blue.

In each of the 9 3x3 boxes, the green cells sum to a multiple of 5, and the blue cells sum to a multiple of 3. 0 is a valid multiple of 3 and 5.

If two digits are separated by a black dot one digit is double the other. Additionally, both digits on a black dot are on the loop.

If two digits are separated by a white dot they are consecutive. Additionally, exactly one digit on each white dot is on the loop.

In cages, digits must sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage.
