Normal sudoku rules apply.

Digits along a purple line form a non-repeating set of consecutive digits in any order.

A digit in a square indicates the number of cells it sees in its row and column that are smaller than itself, where digits larger than itself block vision.

Great puzzle! Because of a previous introduction puzzle with this square rule, where I learned a lot about the consequences, I agree with samuel1997: 3.5 to 4 stars for difficulty. Very enjoyable solve, thank you!

Reply to @steperlich:

The rule means the digit in the square sees all the digits smaller than itself in its row and column, until it reaches a digit larger than itself.
So let say row 2 is 1458[7]6923, where 7 is the square digit, the 7 can only see digit 6, as digit 8 and 9 block all the digits behind them.

This is cool. I think I found the trick quite early, so this is 3.5 to 4 stars for me. Very nice!
