A Plague of Kropkis

(Eingestellt am 11. Oktober 2025, 20:42 Uhr von billybeth)

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Scottish Kropkis. Black dots separate cells containing numbers in the ratios marked inside the dots. Where no ratios are indicated the solver must decipher the ratio themselves which will be between 2 and 9. In each of the pairs one of the numbers must be below ten and one above and in the one above only the second digit is entered in the grid. In relation purely to the Kropkis once a number has been used as a single digit or a double digit this designation cannot change however the second digit of those numbers above ten can be interepreted differently eg an 8 that has been used in a double digit might be part of eighteen (seeing a 9 with ratio 2) in one direction and part of a twenty-eight in another (seeing a seven with ratio 4) - it cannot be just an single digit eight however. All black dots are given.

White dots mark a difference of one between adjacent digits (and use only the single digit version of the number) Not all white dots are given.
