I set this puzzle over 2 months ago and just found it last night. I solved it and think the logic is pretty neat in my (totally unbiased) opinion. I hope you enjoy solving it!

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 once each into every row, column and 3x3 box.

Killer Cages: Digits in a cage may not repeat and must sum to the number in the top left corner

Region Sum Lines: Blue lines are divided by box borders into segments of the same sum. Different lines may have different sums.
