Repeating Renbans

Coloured lines are Repeating Renbans. Repeating Renbans are lines that contain consecutive digits in any order which may repeat if allowed by other Sudoku rules. These Renbans can each only contain a maximum of four different digits.
Black dot indicates the two adjacent digits must be in the ratio of 1:2. Not all black dots are given.

MASSIVE SPOILER.
because i feel that there IS something to prove here, i will.
(there's a hard way to solve this, and an easy way).
1) start by colouring all the lines.
2) study row 2. that is a complete set. and remember, these are all 4-length renbans !
3) it's easy to see that red and green take up 7 digits, with one overlap, and 2 blues are different. so 2 blues overlap somewhere.
4) in col 5, there are 2 BG overlap cells.
5) so we now know the pattern is RRR(RG)G(GB)(GB)BB, either way. what's that naked single in the middle ?
5a) use the kropki dots to get the order.
6) the rest can be given to an intern.
and no, none of this is "obvious". it took me an hour of bashing my head against obstacles in the fog to get it.

quite easy once you figure out the PROCEDURE.
very hard until you do that. this puzzle is so unique that there is NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE on which to base your THINKING.
as a consequence, this CANNOT be level 1, and even 2 is a stretch.
but it's a really beautiful CONCEPT, and elegant EXECUTION, so the low quality rating is just wrong.
hint: that's 5 in the middle.

Needed a bit of note-taking to get started, but goes very quickly after the break-in.

quick and easy. The lines all being so dark do make it quite tough to scan.
