Combo Breakers by Cygne
Rules
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Adjacent digits along an orange Dutch Whisper line must differ by at least 4.
- Digits separated by a white Kropki dot are consecutive.
- Digits separated by a black Kropki dot are in a 2:1 ratio.
- Dynamic fog: placing the correct digit in certain cells will clear fog from different parts of the grid. No guessing is required to progress.

Really good fun. Now the issue with the second cell appears to have been resolved, I hope the rating for this puzzle shoots up - definitely deserves to be in the 90s for me.

Thanks for the feedback. I've updated the revealed cells to ensure the second digit can be determined uniquely, and updated the Sudoku pad link.
My apologies for missing the second possibility with the original choice of revealed cells.

I have verified using Rangsk's computer solver (https://github.com/dclamage/SudokuSolver) that there is no way to deduce the second digit

I solved it, but after a few friends mentioned it impossible for them to find the second digit, I went back and found I may have made a too-bold assumption in R7C5. Would love to hear from you and see what you think about this. Thanks!
