PUZZLE
RULES
Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply; place the digits 1-9 once in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
Region Sum Line: Solid cyan lines are divided by 3x3 box borders into sums of equal value.
Renban Line: Hollow magenta lines contain an unordered set of consecutive values, without repeats.
Black Kropki: Cells separated by a black dot have values in a ratio of 1:2.
White Kropki: Cells separated by a white dot have values with a difference of one.
NOTES
Expected Difficulty: 3.5 stars
This puzzle was another attempt to impersonate myself for this year's Imposter Prompt, over on
Scojo's Twitch channel.
Many thanks to
Calvinball and
NEWS for help with testing.
I'm attempting something new with the formatting for this puzzle, as a few comments I've seen regarding Renban/RSL puzzles say that people with colorblindness may not be able to tell the difference between the two lines, so I've made the Renbans hollow and the RSL solid. I also changed the word for the color (at least in English) to match the hex code for the color, so I'm the most accurate I can be with the description.
This is a curved lines puzzle, but if you'd like a (more) traditional puzzle, that can be found here:
Color Coded. (It might be important to note that the RSL and Renban that enter box 5 share r4c6, r5c5, and r6c4. I tried very hard to show this in other ways, but it can't hurt to mention.)
Happy solving!
Play [Color Coded] on SudokuPad.
Lösungscode: Box 7, normal reading order.
